Membership Terms & Refund Policy
Please read through before joining the Ginika Temple Makeup Academy & Mentorship Community.
1. Classes: Our academy offers a variety of makeup looks, techniques, and business mentorship/ lessons to help you grow as an artist. Topics are taught in a flexible order, so what you learn will depend on the classes scheduled during your membership. Lessons will focus mainly on intermediate to advanced techniques, but beginners are welcome (Beginners have complimentary access to basic beginner materials that help them understand the basics).
2. Live Classes & Recordings: Class dates and topics may change per month. If you miss a live class, you’ll have access to that recording (while you’re still in the community). Recordings and learning materials are only available while your membership is active and paid for.
3. Payments & Cancellation: Your membership renews automatically every month or every three months, depending on your plan. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your membership account before your next payment date. Members are responsible for managing their own cancellations. Once cancelled, your access continues until your paid period ends.
4. No Refunds: All payments, including automatic renewals, are final and non-refundable. This includes missed classes, unused membership time, change of mind, forgotten cancellations etc.
5. Sharing Content: Your membership is for your personal use only. Sharing your login details, class recordings, or learning materials with others is not allowed under any circumstances.
