Refund policy

At Ginika Temple, our classes, mentorships, and services are carefully prepared and often include personalized education, materials, shade matching, or reserved appointment time. Please read this policy before purchasing.

General policy

All payments are non-refundable unless Ginika Temple cancels a class, program, or service, or is unable to deliver the agreed service due to circumstances within our control.

By completing a purchase or booking, you confirm that you have read and accepted this Refund Policy.

In-person masterclasses

All payments, including deposits and instalment payments, are non-refundable.

If you choose an instalment option, the remaining balance must be paid by the due date shown on your invoice or product page. If the balance is not paid on time, you may not attend the class, any custom kit will not be provided, and payments already made will be forfeited.

If you cannot attend an in-person masterclass, you will be moved to the next available virtual class and receive the included pre-recorded practice videos. Where a full kit has been paid for, the kit may be shipped to you; shipping charges apply.

If Ginika Temple is unable to hold the class due to circumstances beyond our control, a full refund of the fees paid will be issued.

Private 1:1 makeup classes

All payments for beginner and advanced private makeup classes are non-refundable.

If you cannot attend, you will receive the included pre-recorded tutorial by email. If you purchased a full custom kit and have made full payment, your kit may be shipped to you; shipping charges apply.

If Ginika Temple is unable to hold the class due to circumstances beyond our control, a full refund of the fees paid will be issued.

Virtual makeup classes and recordings

All payments for virtual makeup classes, VIP classes, and recordings are non-refundable.

If you miss a virtual class, you will receive your personalized product recommendations and the included pre-recorded tutorials by email, where applicable. Virtual classes do not include makeup kits unless expressly stated otherwise.

If Ginika Temple is unable to hold the virtual class due to circumstances beyond our control, a full refund of the fees paid will be issued.

Income Diversification Masterclass

All fees for the Income Diversification Masterclass are non-refundable.

If you cannot attend the live session, you will receive the class recording afterwards.

One-month mentorship

All mentorship fees are non-refundable.

Mentorship sessions must be scheduled in advance. Rescheduling requires at least 24–48 hours’ notice. Missed sessions are forfeited.

If Ginika Temple is unable to complete the agreed mentorship sessions, a prorated refund will be issued for any remaining sessions not delivered.

Consultations, makeup appointments, and brow services

Consultations, makeup appointments, and powder ombré brow services are subject to the booking terms confirmed at the time of booking. The current public booking pages do not state a separate cancellation or refund rule for these services.
